I’m Garrett Fankhauser, founder of FFL Funnels.
Before starting this company, I spent years inside retail shops and shooting ranges. I lived the same grind you do — managing staff, moving inventory, balancing margins, and trying to keep operations profitable while still serving customers well.
Later, I joined Davidson’s, one of the largest distributors in the country, as a sales rep. Over the years, I took thousands of dealer calls from shops and ranges all across the U.S. I saw firsthand what separated the businesses that grew from the ones that stayed stuck.
That combination — working inside the store and behind the distributor desk — is what shaped the foundation of FFL Funnels. I know this industry inside and out because I’ve been on both sides of it. And my mission is simple: to give today’s dealers the systems, tools, and strategies they need to grow without burning out or leaving money on the table.
